Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. At least three years of hands-on experience in software development or systems engineering is necessary. Respond to incoming inquiries and calls from enrollees, providers, and potential clients, and initiate outbound calls as needed.
Deliver precise details regarding HMO plan specifics, available benefits, hospital network access, and operational procedures.
Respond to and address grievances concerning authorization protocols, claims submissions, patient access to services, or any delays in receiving care.
Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare providers to verify the eligibility of enrollees, secure necessary approvals, and ensure services are appropriately delivered.
Verify the enrollee’s identity, plan type, and eligibility status prior to delivering any services or information.
Provide support for pre-authorization requests while assisting providers and enrollees in navigating the approval processes.
Assist participants in resolving issues pertaining to electronic cards, login credentials, and mobile application functionality.
Complex or unresolved issues should be escalated to the relevant department, such as Claims, IT, or Provider Management, for further resolution.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism while ensuring strict confidentiality and full compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
