Responsibilties
Responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and approving contracts and service providers in key operational areas such as security, parking, cleaning, catering, and IT.
Directly overseeing groups of employees responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and security operations.
Responsibilities include overseeing the proper maintenance and functionality of essential building systems, such as water supply and heating infrastructure, to ensure optimal operation and resident satisfaction.
Maintaining compliance with governmental regulations, health and safety protocols, and energy efficiency mandates across all facilities is essential.
Managing construction projects and renovation initiatives with comprehensive oversight to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
Conduct regular maintenance inspections to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems and equipment.
Ensure the cleanliness and overall upkeep of both interior and exterior building spaces through regular inspections.
Develop and execute project budgets and timelines in accordance with established financial parameters and strategic objectives.
Ensure full adherence to all established health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Perform necessary maintenance and installation tasks as required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration or human resources. Proficiency in project management software and advanced Excel skills are essential for success in this position. Strong leadership capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are required. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the role demands meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have accumulated between two and three years of relevant experience in the field.
