Produce poultry feed of consistently high quality on an ongoing basis.
Operate and maintain crushers, grinders, and mixers to process grains and ingredients in accordance with specified formulations.
Consistently evaluate feed consistency, nutrient levels, and sanitation to ensure compliance with stringent farm regulations.
Responsible for receiving and storing bulk materials such as corn and soy, while overseeing the management of micro-ingredient hoppers to uphold storage integrity and prevent contamination risks.
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including lubricating bearings, inspecting gearboxes, and assessing belts to reduce the risk of mechanical failure and ensure operational reliability.
Ensure strict compliance with biosecurity protocols, health regulations, and safety standards to uphold a consistently clean and secure mill environment.
Maintain meticulous daily records of production volumes, ingredient consumption, and equipment functionality.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or vocational certification in feed production, mechanics, or a closely related discipline is required, along with a minimum of an HND qualification.
Upon their return, all employees will undergo comprehensive training.
