We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill several open positions within our organization. Applicants must meet the following requirements: a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field, a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Additionally, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of achieving measurable results and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are highly desirable.
Audit Managers oversee the planning, execution, and completion of financial and operational audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices. They lead audit teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Additionally, they assess risks, identify control deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate potential threats. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in audit software are essential, alongside excellent communication and leadership abilities. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with professional certifications like CPA or CIA preferred. Relevant experience in auditing, internal controls, or risk management is also necessary for this role.

Professional certification from recognized bodies such as the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ARCA), along with accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria (CITY), is required.
A minimum of six to eight years of practical experience in Tax, Audit, Assurance, and Forensic accounting is required.
Proven expertise in leadership, client relations, and technical proficiency are essential.
Proficient in Nigerian tax legislation and compliance regulations.
Audit Seniors play a crucial role in leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards, and delivering high-quality audit reports. They oversee junior team members, review work papers, and address complex accounting issues, often serving as the primary point of contact for clients. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, they identify risks, propose solutions, and recommend improvements to enhance internal controls. Typically holding a professional certification such as CPA, ARCA, or equivalent, they bring extensive experience in financial auditing and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
Professionals pursuing or holding partial qualifications in ACA or ARCA are encouraged to apply.
With a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in Tax and Audit, candidates should possess a solid background in these areas.
Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and established audit methodologies.
Possesses a solid grasp of both corporate and individual taxation principles. Demonstrates proficiency in navigating tax regulations applicable to organizations and private individuals.
