Install, configure, and maintain a wide range of IT equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and additional peripherals, to ensure optimal functionality and performance across the organization.
Oversee the continuous operation and upkeep of the organization’s IT infrastructure, encompassing systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
Design, construct, enhance, and ensure the ongoing functionality of the Company’s website to meet evolving business needs and technical standards.
Maintain the website’s operational integrity, safeguard its security, and enhance its usability for all visitors.
Enhance the efficiency, loading speed, and overall responsiveness of the website to ensure an optimal user experience.
Maintain the operational integrity of office technology and communication systems to ensure seamless functionality.
Oversee user account administration, including password management and access permission controls.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates on a consistent basis.
Ensure the company’s data is consistently backed up and can be reliably recovered when necessary.
Responsible for overseeing and updating the inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop and deploy robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard the organization’s digital assets and critical infrastructure.
Provide comprehensive training to staff on the effective and appropriate utilization of technology and digital tools.
Execute required website updates, introduce new features, and implement enhancements as directed to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Analyze website analytics data and compile detailed performance reports to assess and track site effectiveness, identifying key trends and metrics for stakeholders.
Regular collaboration with the Media and Marketing teams is essential to maintain current and accurate website content.
Investigate and address website errors, bugs, and technical issues to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Maintain the integrity and security of the website by safeguarding it against potential cyber threats and unauthorized access.
Assist in the deployment and administration of CRM systems and related business software applications.
Propose technology solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
Provide technical assistance for digital marketing initiatives to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance.
Oversee the administration of corporate email systems, domain registrations, web hosting solutions, and cloud-based application infrastructure.
