Job Summary

We seek a high-performing Sales Executive with a track record in the HVAC accessories sector to expand revenue, cultivate new opportunities, and nurture strategic partnerships throughout the HVAC industry. The successful applicant will demonstrate deep product expertise and a well-established network comprising HVAC contractors, installers, and project-based organizations.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Monitor workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to streamline processes and achieve measurable outcomes. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.

We are responsible for driving sales and enhancing product visibility for a comprehensive range of HVAC accessories, such as self-adhesive duct tapes, aluminum foil tapes, insulation tapes, flexible ducts, dampers, grilles, diffusers, insulation materials, sealants, fasteners, and additional HVAC-related components.

Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with HVAC contractors, installation specialists, technical consultants, fabrication experts, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Identify potential HVAC projects and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive business growth.

Exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently to drive revenue growth and contribute to organizational success.

Prepare quotations, engage in pricing discussions, and finalize sales agreements to secure customer commitments.

Perform routine inspections at HVAC project sites and client facilities to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.

Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor actions, and pricing structures specific to the HVAC accessories sector.

Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Maintain precise documentation of sales activities, including records, pipelines, and performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or a closely related discipline is required. Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and ERP systems is mandatory. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are critical. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership in driving financial strategies and process improvements is preferred. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, GAAP standards, and internal controls is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail is required.

With a minimum of two to five years of hands-on experience in direct sales within the HVAC accessories sector, you bring a proven track record of driving revenue and building client relationships in a competitive market.

Demonstrates extensive practical experience with HVAC consumables and accessories, with particular proficiency in duct tapes and insulation-related products.

A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field at the OND, HND, or Bachelor’s level is required.

Established connections within the HVAC sector can significantly enhance your candidacy for this role.

Proven proficiency in negotiation, communication, and deal closure, ensuring effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.

Results-driven professional with a strong sense of initiative, committed to achieving measurable goals while maintaining a steadfast focus on customer satisfaction. Possesses an intrinsic drive to excel and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic work environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and foundational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is required.

Possession of a valid driver’s license is considered beneficial.
