Our Human Resources department plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by strategically managing talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention. In this HR Intern role, you will acquire practical experience across key HR functions, such as Recruitment & Placement, Organizational Development, Training & Development, and Performance Management, directly observing how strategic HR initiatives fuel business expansion.
Here you will:
Engage directly with core HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Organizational Development to develop a robust understanding of contemporary HR methodologies.
Support all aspects of the recruitment process by identifying and engaging potential candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting with candidate screening, facilitating seamless onboarding, and nurturing a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Enhance workplace experiences by actively participating in initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture development, and organizational enhancement.
Support the implementation of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.

What We’re Looking For
Candidates should hold a degree in pertinent fields, including Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Sociology, or comparable disciplines.
