Work collaboratively with educators, families, support organizations, and various specialists—including behavior technicians, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists—to foster effective communication and coordinated support.
Organize and coordinate recurring meetings with key stakeholders to assess support systems for SEND learners.
Monitor learners’ progress and maintain accurate records, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress reports, and intervention tracking documentation.
Ensure a secure and hygienic workspace while strictly adhering to all safeguarding protocols and best practices.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by at least 5 years of progressive experience in software development, system administration, or IT infrastructure management. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with a strong understanding of database management systems, network protocols, and cloud computing platforms. The ideal applicant must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control systems, and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Exceptional communication abilities and a commitment to continuous learning are also required.
Bachelor of Education degree with a specialization in Special Education.
Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role
Demonstrates a solid grasp of contemporary special education trends and best practices.
