Established connections with decision-makers at IG, DG, VC, and Chief Justice levels across a minimum of three target institution categories, with active engagement within the past 18 months.

Proven capability to effectively manage intricate, politically charged institutional procurement procedures.

Seasoned expertise in crafting commercial contracts, with the capability to develop and justify a pricing framework independently at the Board level.

Professional experience with government technology procurement, particularly within security or judicial domains, involving classified or restricted procurement procedures, is required.
