We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position, responsible for overseeing key operational tasks and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This full-time, on-site position is based in Abuja and requires an Admin/Human Resources Manager to supervise administrative operations and oversee human resources functions. The ideal candidate will enforce HR policies, facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure adherence to labor regulations. Key duties include conducting performance evaluations, organizing staff training initiatives, resolving workplace conflicts, and developing strategies to boost productivity and employee engagement.
