Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: You will manage the full spectrum of recruitment, including interviewing and hiring activities. Additionally, you will develop and execute comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs designed to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as an advocate for staff by facilitating the resolution of workplace conflicts, overseeing disciplinary actions, and managing the process of addressing employee grievances.
Develop and implement robust performance and talent management frameworks to cultivate exceptional performance, facilitate career advancement, and strategically plan for organizational succession.
Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of employee benefits programs, payroll operations, and compensation frameworks to ensure competitiveness and support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Ensure that all HR policies and procedures fully comply with applicable local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Identifying training requirements, organizing employee development initiatives, and overseeing upskilling programs are key responsibilities within the Learning & Development function.
