Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resources activities within the assigned location, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, staff welfare, training, and compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Oversee and execute critical tasks essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Duties include managing projects with precision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strict adherence to established protocols. Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
Design and implement employee onboarding and orientation initiatives.

Manage employee relations issues and address grievances with professionalism and discretion.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, and C++, is essential, along with hands-on experience in full-stack development and cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.

With at least five years of experience in human resources, ideally within a multi-location business setting, you will bring a strong foundation to this role.
