Job Summary
The Store Manager oversees inventory management, stock movements, store records, and inventory accountability to maintain precise reporting and reduce losses to the fullest extent possible.

Oversee the complete inventory management process within the store, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and availability of all stock items to meet operational needs.
Diligently oversee the receipt, transfer, and issuance of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and accountability of stock levels.
Perform periodic inventory counts and ensure accurate reconciliation of stock levels.
Conduct thorough analysis of discrepancies in stock levels and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and alignment with actual quantities on hand.
Ensure precise documentation of inventory levels and transactions.
Properly manage the storage and handling of all products to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ensure timely and efficient restocking of inventory by managing replenishment processes.
Responsibilities include tracking stock expiry dates and ensuring proper product rotation to maintain inventory quality and compliance.
Prepare detailed inventory reports for presentation to senior management, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data-driven insights.

Conduct and facilitate audit and stock verification activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required, as is experience with database management systems. The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures, as well as experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment are essential.
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
