Support the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying and engaging qualified candidates, managing interview schedules, conducting preliminary screenings, facilitating seamless onboarding processes, and cultivating a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Drive impactful enhancements to employee engagement, foster a thriving workplace culture, and support strategic organizational improvements to elevate the overall employee experience.

Play a key role in delivering training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and overall performance.

What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Sociology, or a closely related field is required.

Skilled in articulating ideas clearly and confidently, with a proven ability to captivate audiences, foster collaboration, and drive effective teamwork.

Enthusiastic about Human Resources and committed to pursuing a career in people management.
