Job Summary

The HR/Admin & Operations Officer will manage the organization’s human resources, administrative, and routine operational activities. The ideal candidate will act as the central hub for office administration, fostering smooth business operations by overseeing HR functions, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing organizational effectiveness.

Oversee the execution of core duties, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. Manage and coordinate team activities to align with organizational objectives, fostering collaboration and productivity. Develop and maintain robust processes to enhance operational workflows and streamline performance. Monitor progress through established metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed. Prepare comprehensive reports to track outcomes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final onboarding, while ensuring all employee documentation is accurately maintained.

Responsibilities include ensuring staff records, HR databases, and personnel files are accurately maintained and kept up to date.

Facilitate performance management, employee relations, and staff development initiatives.

Responsible for managing the office’s daily activities and facilitating seamless collaboration between departments to maintain operational efficiency.

Oversee administrative operations, manage office logistics, and handle facility-related tasks to ensure seamless functionality.

Design and deploy operational processes and systems with the objective of enhancing efficiency and productivity throughout the organization.

Maintain adherence to established HR policies, labor laws, and internal operational procedures to ensure organizational alignment and regulatory compliance.

Oversee the administration of leave, maintain accurate attendance records, and coordinate staff welfare initiatives.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, compile and present reports, maintain and distribute office supplies, and supervise company-owned assets to ensure efficient operations.

Facilitate communication and collaboration with suppliers, service partners, and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Execute additional human resources, administrative, and operational responsibilities as directed by senior leadership.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in an HR, administrative, or operations management capacity is required.

A background in real estate, media, or a comparable industry would be particularly beneficial.

Demonstrates extensive expertise in human resources policies, administrative coordination, and organizational leadership.

Demonstrates a strong grasp of Nigerian labor laws and ensures adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership abilities, effective communication, polished interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational capabilities.

Possesses exceptional analytical skills and thrives in dynamic environments while efficiently juggling competing priorities.

Demonstrates strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite alongside HR and administrative management systems, ensuring efficient handling of daily operations.

Proven capability to operate autonomously, uphold strict confidentiality protocols, and champion operational excellence.
