Job Purpose

To spearhead the strategic development, market presence, and financial performance of the High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (GIFU) brand at the Fibroid Care Centre, ensuring robust growth and enhanced visibility within the fertility clinic.

The position is centered on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing patient education, fostering referral engagement, and refining service delivery to establish High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (GIFU) as the premier non-invasive treatment option in Nigeria.

Oversee a range of critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows across assigned areas. Monitor performance metrics regularly to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a key liaison with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless collaboration and resolve interdepartmental challenges. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to mitigate risks and uphold compliance. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth. Support senior management in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize departmental outcomes.

Crafting and implementing strategic frameworks to drive brand expansion and enhance market presence constitutes a core responsibility. This involves conducting thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, developing innovative brand positioning strategies, and aligning them with long-term business objectives. Additionally, the role entails evaluating brand performance metrics, refining go-to-market approaches, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive execution across all brand initiatives.

Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the visibility and adoption of GIFU services.

Conduct thorough evaluations of market trends, patient demographics, and competitive positioning to derive actionable insights.

Partner with leadership to establish monthly, quarterly, and annual brand objectives.

Craft collaborative referral programs in partnership with hospitals, gynecologists, and fertility specialists.

Monthly, prepare and deliver at least one presentation at a religious institution such as a church, mosque, or similar organization.

Craft and deliver a minimum of one presentation each month to pertinent professional bodies, organizations, or associations, ensuring attendance of at least 20 participants.

Enroll with the FCC and maintain active participation in at least one HMO program each quarter to ensure ongoing compliance and engagement.

Secure a minimum of two client testimonials each month to highlight positive feedback and reinforce credibility.

Deliver at least two external presentations outside Lagos State each quarter.

Provide support in the recruitment of field officers, conduct training sessions for field marketers, and oversee their performance to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Enhance the conversion rate from registrations to treatment sessions to maximize engagement and accessibility for clients.

Crafting and disseminating compelling marketing and communication strategies to engage target audiences, enhance brand visibility, and drive organizational growth stands as a core responsibility. This role demands proficiency in developing integrated campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia platforms, alongside expertise in market research, brand management, and performance analytics. Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required, and prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Operations and Service Delivery: You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of daily operational tasks and ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments. This role involves managing workflows, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with organizational objectives, monitor performance metrics, and address any service delivery challenges promptly. Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.

Track patient feedback and experiences systematically to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery and overall satisfaction.

Ensure all GIFU sessions are fully prepared, with equipment, staff schedules, and materials meticulously organized and verified.

Utilize CRM platforms to monitor leads, consultations, and conversion rates systematically.

Business performance and reporting entails the systematic monitoring, analysis, and communication of organizational metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness, drive strategic decisions, and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives. This role encompasses the collection and interpretation of financial and non-financial data, the generation of accurate reports, and the provision of actionable insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Evaluate financial performance metrics and patient conversion data to derive actionable insights.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track and analyze various metrics, including inquiries, consultations, and treatments.

Develop and propose actionable approaches to enhance operational efficiency and increase financial gains.

Foster a cohesive and high-performing team through effective development strategies and collaborative efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting a culture of mutual support and continuous improvement among colleagues.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing staff specializing in GIFU, while also overseeing the development and performance of client service officers.

Foster a culture of innovation and ongoing enhancement across GIFU operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and C++, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior developers are critical. Excellent communication and project management abilities are also necessary. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud platforms is preferred.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field is required, with a Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.

A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in brand management, product management, or marketing is required.

Proven expertise in industries such as healthcare, medical devices, aesthetics, or premium wellness is required.

Requirements:

Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of medical aesthetic devices, skin physiology, and non-invasive treatment modalities.

Strong analytical capabilities are required to evaluate market trends and financial data, with a preference for candidates possessing P&L management experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for developing compelling marketing content and delivering presentations to medical professionals.

Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel, and social media monitoring tools.

Project Management: Skilled in overseeing multiple projects concurrently while meeting stringent deadlines within a dynamic and fast-moving setting.
