Responsibilities
Assist patients with personal hygiene needs in the restroom, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the process. Provide support as required, including helping them transfer to and from the toilet, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing any mobility or assistance requirements.
Provide personal hygiene care, including bathing and cleaning, to patients or residents to maintain their comfort and dignity.
Ensure patients maintain optimal cleanliness and refresh bed linens regularly to uphold a sanitary and comfortable environment.
Responsible for safely turning, repositioning, and transferring patients between wheelchairs, seating areas, and beds as required.
Provide meals to patients and assist them with eating.
Accurately assess and document critical health indicators, including blood pressure and body temperature, to support clinical evaluations and treatment decisions.
Requires proficiency in pertinent software applications and tools, along with a minimum of three years of experience in the field. Candidates must possess strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is essential. Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment is necessary. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience is required.
Experienced candidates with a strong background in patient care, having previously served in the capacity of a Nursing Assistant or an equivalent position, are encouraged to apply.
