Job Summary
We are in search of an energetic and high-achieving Sales Manager with a strong track record in the automotive sector to spearhead and elevate sales outcomes.
The ideal candidate will drive the creation and execution of strategic sales initiatives, cultivate and oversee pivotal client partnerships, guide and mentor a high-performing sales team, and consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives.
The successful applicant should demonstrate in-depth industry expertise, a proven history of achieving vehicle sales targets, and hands-on experience within automotive dealerships, vehicle distribution networks, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) settings.
Oversee the execution of critical tasks and operational duties as assigned, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and established protocols. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality across assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement initiatives. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.

Work collaboratively with marketing and other departments to design and execute high-impact sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
You will be responsible for scheduling and attending ongoing customer visits as well as business development meetings on a regular basis.
Oversee the sales pipeline to drive timely conversion of opportunities into revenue.
Engage in strategic discussions to finalize contracts, pricing structures, and commercial arrangements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
Observe and analyze competitors’ actions, then propose strategic measures to sustain and enhance our market position.
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently addressing and resolving any customer concerns in a timely manner.
Develop comprehensive sales forecasts, financial budgets, and performance reports to present to management for strategic evaluation and decision-making.
Ensure adherence to all established company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in business operations.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in the industry. Demonstrated expertise in project management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential. Proficiency in industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is required, and familiarity with regulatory compliance standards is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development are advantageous.
Minimum of five to eight years of hands-on sales experience specifically within the automotive sector is required.
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in sales management or a supervisory capacity.
Proven track record in automotive sales, dealership management, fleet sales, or business development within the automotive sector.
Individuals should possess a comprehensive grasp of automotive market trends, effective customer acquisition methodologies, and proficient dealer network administration.
Exceptional proficiency in conveying ideas clearly, delivering impactful presentations, and adeptly negotiating agreements.
Proactive problem-solving capabilities and strategic reasoning are essential.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships, fostering trust and long-term engagement.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software is required.
Proficient in analyzing sales data to derive meaningful and actionable insights.
