Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of core duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure the business and team consistently meet pre-established turnaround timelines.

Regularly conduct reconciliations across multiple accounts, or evaluate reconciliations performed by colleagues, and swiftly investigate and resolve any discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

Review accounting records and pricing data to detect any discrepancies or issues, promptly notifying the Team Lead/Head of Investment Operations & Fund Accounts and supporting efforts to resolve them.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding the Fund’s activities and pertinent related matters.

Ensure the precise and prompt generation and delivery of client reports through meticulous management of trade processing activities, maintaining both efficiency and accuracy.

Daily, verify that all postings and ledgers related to the CBA align precisely with corresponding bank entries.

Offer strategic recommendations to pertinent stakeholders to effectively resolve outstanding reconciliation items.

Escalate any unresolved reconciliation items exceeding the predetermined threshold or aging criteria to the Head of Investment Operations & Fund Accounts.

Proficiency in the financial services sector, with a focus on the insurance industry or investment operations, is required.

Handle all business-related operational expenses by disbursing funds from the designated bank accounts.

Ensures all relevant documents are properly filed and stored with meticulous organization.

Ensures the accuracy and reliability of every entry recorded in the CRA system.

Facilitate the prompt processing and completion of all wire transfers, including those directed inward or outward, as well as those associated with investment activities.

Facilitate the prompt and accurate settlement of all financial securities transactions with the designated counterparties.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in making informed decisions, managing time effectively, and resolving complex problems with efficiency and precision.

Proven ability to analyze intricate data sets and derive actionable insights, ensuring informed and strategic decision-making in complex scenarios.
