Proven success in securing contracts valued at 50 million naira or more, directly negotiated with institutional leaders, is essential.

Experienced professionals must maintain active, established connections with key decision-makers across a minimum of three distinct target institution categories, such as investor groups, government departments, venture capital firms, or high-level judicial offices, with engagement documented within the past 18 months.

Skilled in effectively maneuvering intricate, politically nuanced institutional procurement systems with proven capability.
