Job Summary

The General Manager provides strategic leadership to drive profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth for the branch. This position oversees all operational units on-site—including the bakery, restaurant, mart, filling station, and supporting functions—to deliver outstanding customer service, maximize revenue, and uphold corporate policies and standards.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate across departments to align workflows, optimize productivity, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance operational excellence and drive continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary liaison with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and external partners, to cultivate strong relationships and facilitate seamless communication. Lead, mentor, and empower teams through coaching, training, and professional development initiatives to maximize individual and collective potential. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies while maintaining a focus on risk management and sustainability.

Deliver strategic and operational guidance to all business units across the branch.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
