Job Summary

The Station Manager oversees all daily operations of the filling station, guaranteeing smooth fuel sales, high customer satisfaction, precise inventory management, adherence to safety standards, and sustained profitability.

Oversee a range of critical operational duties, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance within the role’s scope. Oversee the full scope of daily station operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning.

Accurately manage fuel dispensing operations and maintain precise sales reporting.

Monitor fuel inventory levels and manage the scheduling of replenishments as needed.

Oversee the work and performance of station attendants and support staff.
