Job Summary

The Team Member, Fintech Partnerships & Ecosystem collaborates closely with the Team Lead/Head to execute the Bank’s fintech partnership strategy, enhance the digital ecosystem, and generate measurable business value through innovation, revenue expansion, and operational optimization.

The position is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, facilitating the smooth incorporation of fintech solutions, and maintaining compliance with regulatory mandates, data security protocols, and risk management frameworks.

Overseeing the primary functions and obligations of the role, the incumbent will manage a range of critical tasks and duties integral to the position’s success. This includes executing core responsibilities that directly contribute to organizational objectives, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and maintaining high standards of performance across all assigned functions. Additionally, the individual will be accountable for fulfilling specific requirements essential to the role, while collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals efficiently and effectively.

Facilitate the growth of key fintech collaborations to strengthen the Bank’s ecosystem and reinforce its competitive stance in the market.

Identify, assess, and negotiate terms with potential fintech partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, followed by a seamless onboarding process.

Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to conceptualize and deploy cutting-edge products and services while adhering to efficient and timely execution standards.

Drive initiatives that accelerate time-to-market for partnership-driven projects, aligning cross-functional teams to meet strategic milestones efficiently and effectively.

Cultivate and oversee strategic alliances to deliver optimal return on investment (ROI) and tangible business results.

Facilitate revenue expansion by capitalizing on cross-selling prospects fostered through strategic fintech partnerships.

Oversee and enhance the commercial performance of all fintech partnerships.

Guarantee meticulous compliance with data security protocols, privacy mandates, and all relevant regulatory obligations across every partnership engagement.

Identify, evaluate, and address risks linked to fintech partnerships through close coordination with the Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams.

Responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective incorporation of fintech technologies into the Bank’s systems and platforms.

Drive the integration and advancement of cutting-edge technologies to enhance both operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular reports for management summarizing partnership performance, potential risks, and emerging opportunities.

Achieving measurable success requires diligently tracking and optimizing against predefined Key Performance Indicators that gauge operational and strategic effectiveness. These indicators serve as critical benchmarks to evaluate progress toward established goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Regular assessment of these metrics enables timely decision-making, enhances accountability, and drives sustained performance within the role.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; CPA certification preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance within public accounting firms. Proficiency in GAAP, SEC reporting, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or an equivalent field is required.

A master’s degree or an equivalent professional certification will be considered an additional asset.

Proven track record spanning three to seven years in banking, fintech, digital transformation initiatives, or strategic partnerships is required.

Experienced in cultivating and overseeing strategic collaborations within the fintech sector or digital ecosystem environments.
