Verify that all supplies align with safety and operational standards, and organize storage areas for efficiency and accessibility. Prioritize timely replenishment to prevent shortages and minimize disruptions to station activities.
Responsibilities include transporting products from the storage area to the sales floor to ensure optimal product availability for customers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via sales associates, ensuring all requests are handled with attentiveness and care.
The incumbent will facilitate seamless communication channels between clients and the sales department, ensuring inquiries, feedback, and concerns are promptly addressed to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to established store safety and operational protocols at all times.
All safety-related incidents or concerns must be promptly reported to management without delay.
Provide support for various operational activities within the store environment.
Requirements
Minimum of SSC with Credit Passes in five (5) subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained at not more than two sittings.
A minimum of one to two years of professional experience in a retail or customer support environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated capability to adhere to established guidelines while thriving in a dynamic, high-pressure work setting.
