Your responsibilities will involve executing a range of tasks that contribute to the operational efficiency and strategic objectives of the organization. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of PC Commercial, Finance, and Tax-related matters.

Ensuring accurate ground tracking and expenditure management to maintain alignment between program costs and the established annual budget. Collaborate closely with the PC Director to oversee and guide annual cost development, fostering positive growth and strategic advancement for the PC ICP.

Control responsibilities include maintaining appropriate oversight of site operations in alignment with capital and revenue budgets, assets, and cash expenditures. This involves developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy. Additionally, the role requires precise cost accounting to facilitate informed decision-making.

To oversee the management of fixed assets within the factory setting, encompassing capitalization processes and disposal procedures.

Accounting and reporting processes must be executed in strict adherence to corporate guidelines while ensuring all records comply with applicable legal and statutory mandates. This approach guarantees that both local, corporate, and headquarters requirements are fully satisfied.

Establishing and maintaining robust internal control frameworks is essential to safeguard and optimize factory operations.

Ensure punctual and precise monthly closing processes, while securely transmitting close information to the Regional office for required reporting, including CIS, investment reporting, risk reporting, and SOI. Following alignment with local management, prepare and submit all necessary reporting.

Strong collaboration with the accounting team is crucial to ensure financial integrity and maintain clear visibility across financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and asset records.

Collaborate with multiple auditing teams and ensure timely implementation of their recommendations, tracking progress until full resolution.

Facilitate the annual business planning process through the computation and delivery of intercompany pricing data.

Oversee the quarterly forecast process to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities include monitoring and assessing cost variances within the manufacturing facility, with a focus on identifying opportunities to minimize these discrepancies.

Tracking and documenting cost-saving initiatives within the factory environment, this role focuses on overseeing and reporting progress on projects aimed at reducing expenses. Additionally, the position involves spearheading cost-reduction efforts specifically on GE production lines to aid in the advancement of ICP (Integrated Cost Planning) development.

Your Profile

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.

Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, cost accounting, and inventory management is required.

Seeking a candidate with deep expertise in SAP, particularly within finance and materials management modules.

Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing intricate datasets and deriving meaningful, data-driven conclusions that guide strategic decision-making.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams across diverse departments.

Requires strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.

Proficiency in procurement methodologies, material planning strategies, and cost control techniques is essential.
