Description
A highly organized Finance Executive is required to oversee the financial management of marketing and field initiatives.
The ideal candidate will oversee budget tracking, process prepayments, evaluate expenditures, conduct reconciliations, and guarantee prompt financial finalization of operations.
Oversee the primary responsibilities of the role, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision and efficiency. Manage daily operations to maintain productivity and adherence to established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and streamline workflow processes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement across departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols. Monitor progress through regular evaluations and adjust workflows as needed to optimize outcomes. Serve as a key liaison between leadership and staff to facilitate clear communication and alignment with company goals.
Oversee and track expenditure against allocated budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Process and monitor approved advances to ensure timely disbursement and accurate record-keeping.
Ensure all expenses are verified and booked with precision.
Verify and balance advance payments against incurred expenses, ensuring accurate financial alignment and compliance with established policies and procedures.
Guarantee prompt liquidation and finalization of financial processes for all activities.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation are maintained at all times.
Facilitate the preparation and submission of required reports to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
Seeking candidates with three to five years of relevant experience in finance operations, budgetary oversight, or expense administration.
Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, LOOKUP/LOOKUP, with Power Query as a beneficial additional skill.
Proven expertise in managing advances, processing expense claims, and conducting reconciliations with precision and efficiency.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.
Proficiency in supporting sales, marketing, or field operations is considered beneficial.
