Job Summary

The General Manager of Finance will oversee the organization’s financial operations, safeguarding fiscal health, mitigating financial risks, and providing strategic financial direction. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to foster the company’s growth and profitability while ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry financial standards. Key responsibilities include developing financial strategy, conducting financial planning and analysis, preparing financial reports, managing audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining banking relationships. Additionally, the GM Finance will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute the company’s financial strategy and operational decisions.
