Manage and oversee the full spectrum of organizational operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance standards. Develop and execute Civic Education lessons that align with established curriculum standards.

Tailor instructional approaches to accommodate a wide range of learning preferences and abilities.
Facilitate comprehensive preparation of students for WAEC examinations as well as internal assessments to ensure academic proficiency and readiness.
Ensure a well-managed and disciplined classroom environment for optimal learning conditions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is mandatory. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, is preferred. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the capacity to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are required.
A bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Civic Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
A valid teaching certification in the relevant subject area or grade level may be required for this position.
Exceptional proficiency in communication and adept classroom management capabilities are required.
