Responsible for overseeing all aspects of PC Commercial, Finance, and Tax-related matters.
Responsible for overseeing ground tracking and expenditure management to maintain alignment between actual costs within the Program Committee (PC) and the established annual budget. Collaborate closely with the PC Director to monitor and guide cost development throughout the year, ensuring the PC’s Individual Contribution Position (ICP) evolves favorably.
Control functions involve maintaining appropriate oversight of site-level expenditures, including capital and revenue budget allocations, asset management, and cash disbursements. Additionally, this role includes establishing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in financial practices. Accurate cost accounting is also required to support informed decision-making processes.
Ensure meticulous management of fixed assets within the factory environment, encompassing capitalization processes and proper disposal protocols.
Accounting and reporting functions must adhere to corporate guidelines while maintaining records in accordance with legal and statutory requirements, ensuring all local, corporate, and headquarters obligations are fully satisfied.
The implementation and maintenance of appropriate internal controls for factory operations must be ensured.
Accurate and prompt monthly financial close processes must be executed, with secure transmission of reports to the Regional office, including CIS, investment reporting, risk reporting, and SOI. Following alignment with local management, the necessary reports must be finalized and submitted.
To ensure robust financial integrity and transparency, this role requires close collaboration with accounting teams to reconcile Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Asset records with meticulous precision.
The position requires effective collaboration with multiple auditing parties and diligent follow-up on audit findings and recommendations to ensure timely resolution and compliance.
Assist in the annual business planning cycle by computing and furnishing intercompany pricing information.
Oversee the quarterly forecasting process to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
This role involves monitoring and evaluating cost variances within the manufacturing facility, with a focus on identifying opportunities to minimize discrepancies and improve overall efficiency.
Efficiently monitoring and documenting factory cost-saving initiatives, you will spearhead projects aimed at reducing costs along GE production lines to advance ICP development.
Your Profile
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a strong track record in financial analysis, cost accounting, and inventory management, the ideal candidate will bring demonstrated expertise to the role.
Proficiency in SAP, with a particular emphasis on modules such as finance and materials management, is required.
Demonstrates exceptional analytical capabilities, adept at dissecting intricate datasets to extract meaningful conclusions and facilitate informed decision-making through practical recommendations.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Demonstrates advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools, with the ability to leverage these applications effectively for data analysis, presentation development, and financial forecasting.
Proficiency in procurement operations, material planning strategies, and cost control mechanisms is required.
