We are in search of a meticulous and proficient Solar/Electrical Engineer to enhance our team.
The ideal candidate will oversee the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and associated electrical installations.

Oversee critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high performance standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective measures as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, facilitating clear communication and alignment of goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.
Design and engineer solar photovoltaic (PV) and electrical systems tailored to residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Perform comprehensive site surveys, evaluate load capacities, and conduct thorough feasibility studies.
Create detailed technical drawings, system layouts, and comprehensive project documentation.
Oversee the implementation, evaluation, and activation of solar and electrical systems to ensure seamless functionality and adherence to specifications.
Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and perform maintenance on installed systems.
You must uphold adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure full compliance.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation and compile detailed project reports to ensure clarity and accuracy in project deliverables.
The position necessitates a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management software and exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication abilities are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is also required to ensure operational adherence. The ideal candidate will exhibit problem-solving acumen, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
Requires 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in solar photovoltaic systems and electrical infrastructure design, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and site evaluation.
Proficiency in solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical distribution systems is essential.
A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent engineering software applications is desirable.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending electrical drawings and schematics.
Proficiency in compiling technical reports and overseeing field operations is required.
Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams while building strong professional relationships.
