Description

We are in search of a meticulous and well-structured Admin / Finance Manager to become part of our fast-paced hospitality team.

The successful applicant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks and financial processes, maintaining high standards of efficiency, regulatory compliance, and robust internal controls throughout all organizational divisions.

Oversee and execute critical duties pertinent to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational efficiency. Drive key initiatives by collaborating across teams, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategic improvements. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and fostering productive relationships. Maintain adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail. Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and ensure seamless workflow integration.

Responsible for managing and aligning all daily administrative functions throughout the organization, fostering seamless collaboration between departments such as Front Office, Operations, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, and Events.

Oversee the complete financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis, to facilitate informed strategic business decisions.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to guarantee prompt invoicing, meticulous payment monitoring, and accurate reconciliation of all financial transactions.

Monitor and oversee petty cash expenditures across all departments to maintain financial accountability, ensure thorough documentation, and comply with established internal policies.

Ensure financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation remain precise, current, and fully compliant with established accounting standards and organizational policies.

Support payroll operations by meticulously reviewing employee payroll inputs, verifying attendance records, overtime submissions, and deductions, while ensuring salaries are processed promptly.

Perform routine cost assessments across various departments—such as Food & Beverage, Rooms, Spa, and Events—to uncover potential savings and enhance overall profitability.

Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to uphold and verify adherence to all statutory obligations.

Collaborate with the Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to support revenue tracking by ensuring all revenue streams are accurately captured.

Monitor cash flow and financial performance on a daily basis, delivering management timely insights and actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee procurement activities in partnership with key departments to ensure adherence to approval protocols, effective vendor oversight, and cost-effective solutions.

Maintain meticulous documentation and organized filing systems for all financial and administrative records to ensure readiness for audits and promote transparency.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required for this position.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of four to five years of professional experience in finance and administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Possesses comprehensive expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting standards, ensuring accurate preparation and analysis of financial statements for informed decision-making.

Proficiency in hotel or property management operations is considered advantageous.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications with a high degree of competence.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizational planning, data-driven analysis, and team leadership.

Demonstrated capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy hospitality setting with efficiency and professionalism.
