You will:

Support P&L analysis and reporting activities for Sub-Saharan Africa, encompassing month-end closing procedures, rolling forecast development, marketing expenditure oversight, OIE tracking, regional submission preparation, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Oversee and implement key elements of the finance planning and performance management processes, as well as financial decision-making, which may encompass strategic planning, annual contract planning and forecasting, target establishment, financial performance reporting and analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a defined scope within Sub-Saharan Africa.

Deliver expert-level proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI to disseminate financial data and strategic insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Establish and uphold a robust framework of controls and compliance within your designated area, guaranteeing strict adherence to all organizational policies.

Oversee various financial and operational functions for West Africa, encompassing month-end closing procedures, rolling forecast development, marketing expenditure management, and OIE submissions, along with any additional required reports.

Collaborate with the senior manager and contribute to the organization by developing and presenting essential financial data and insights, which will inform strategic business perspectives and decision-making processes.

Deliver financial models that assess the effects of currency devaluation on financial outcomes, while determining necessary pricing adjustments to mitigate inflationary pressures and commodity cost fluctuations.

Assist with SKU rationalization, sufficiency assessments, and 9-box analyses as needed.

Provide assistance to the local Fire Department (FD) and Medical Department (MD) as needed.
