Job Summary
The Field Agent plays a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, fostering savings mobilization, overseeing loan monitoring, managing collections, and cultivating strong client relationships across designated territories.
The position requires frequent on-site visits to customer residences, commercial establishments, retail outlets, and local communities to facilitate account initiation, validate loan eligibility, oversee repayment schedules, and foster business expansion.

Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of all assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. Solicit and onboard new clients for savings and loan offerings.
Responsibilities include opening and processing customer accounts in strict adherence to established company policies and procedures.
Engage customers proactively to facilitate deposit transactions and motivate them to grow their savings balances effectively.
Perform on-site assessments to facilitate customer onboarding and verification processes.
Evaluate customers’ operational and financial viability along with their ability to meet repayment obligations prior to loan disbursement.
Perform diligent verification of addresses and guarantors as part of standard procedures.
Track and evaluate the utilization and repayment efficiency of loans, ensuring adherence to established financial parameters and mitigating potential risks to portfolio health.
Monitor loan repayments to ensure timely settlement of both due and overdue amounts.
Develop and execute effective recovery strategies to address delinquent loan accounts.
Cultivate and sustain robust connections with clients and local stakeholders.
Provide customers with detailed information about the range of financial products and services offered, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, and suitability of each option.
Responsible for meticulously documenting all customer interactions, collections, and field activities to ensure precise record-keeping.
Compile comprehensive reports on field activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Drive consistent achievement of established customer acquisition, savings mobilization, and loan recovery targets through proactive engagement and strategic execution.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities, is essential. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, and professional certifications are a plus. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable field is required.
A minimum of two to five years of hands-on experience in roles such as Field Agent, Credit Officer, Loan Officer, Savings Mobilization Officer, or comparable positions is required.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential.
Proven expertise in negotiation and debt recovery, coupled with a strong ability to secure favorable outcomes through strategic discussions and resolute follow-up.
Proven capability to work autonomously while consistently achieving established objectives.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the regional market dynamics and commercial landscape.
Comprehensive understanding of lending and savings operational processes is required.
Must possess strong skills in operating smartphones and utilizing digital data collection tools effectively.
