Position Summary:

The Head of Human Resources will function as the organization’s primary HR leader, offering strategic guidance in people management, fostering a cohesive organizational culture, and enhancing workforce effectiveness throughout the enterprise.

Oversee and execute essential duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, the management of key projects, and the coordination of team efforts to achieve organizational objectives. Requirements

Seeking a qualified candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a related industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills are essential requirements.
