In urgent situations, guarantees the prompt provision of guidance and content to journalists, the MSF communications network, and the public, as specified in the MSF Emergency Communications Framework, and aligned with the Emergency Fundraising Policy when necessary.

Designs, implements, and leads the creation, execution, and supervision of dissemination and engagement strategies to maximize impact and audience interaction.

Oversees the entirety of media management nationwide, encompassing national and international outlets, traditional and digital platforms, influencers, and citizen media.
