Produce high-quality poultry feed consistently to maintain uniform standards.
Operate and maintain crushers, grinders, and mixers to process grains and ingredients in strict accordance with specified formulas.
Regularly conduct assessments to ensure feed consistency, nutrient composition, and cleanliness align with stringent farm standards.
Handle incoming bagged commodities—corn and soy, for example—log their receipt, and maintain micro-ingredient hoppers while enforcing strict storage protocols to eliminate any risk of contamination.
Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance, including greasing bearings, examining gearboxes, and inspecting belts to prevent potential issues.
Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity protocols, health regulations, and safety standards to uphold a pristine and compliant mill environment.
Responsibilities include documenting precise daily records of production outputs, ingredient consumption, and machinery operation metrics.
Requirements:
A minimum qualification of an HND or equivalent vocational training in feed production, mechanics, or a closely related discipline is required.
Upon their return to work, all employees will undergo comprehensive training.
