Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and frameworks that enhance productivity, compliance, and quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, delegating tasks, and providing mentorship to drive project success and employee development. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend data-driven solutions that optimize business outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment of goals. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal governance while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

To generate corporate sales for industrial chemicals, laboratory equipment, and water treatment solutions, you will engage with key business clients.

Proactively uncover and develop emerging business prospects within key sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, oil and gas, and research industries.

Develop and nurture robust professional connections with procurement officers, laboratory managers, and influential stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and strategic alignment.

Develop technical proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored for prospective clients.

Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.

Oversee a team of field sales officers while delivering periodic performance reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this position. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Technology in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific field is required.

With a minimum of five to seven years of proven success in business-to-business sales, preferably within the chemical or laboratory product supply sector, you will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.

Experienced in chemical products, laboratory instruments, and their industrial applications, with a thorough knowledge base.

Exceptional proficiency in negotiation, communication, and client management is essential.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools is beneficial.
