Oversee and execute a range of critical duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and strategic planning to drive organizational success. Ensure seamless coordination across departments to meet deadlines, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain high performance standards. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Monitor progress through regular assessments, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with long-term business objectives, ensuring measurable growth and sustainability.

Oversee all maintenance operations throughout the mall to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards are consistently upheld.

Oversee the optimal performance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to maintain seamless functionality.

Devise and implement both proactive maintenance plans and reactive repair timetables to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

Oversee a team of technical professionals alongside external contractors to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

Oversee adherence to established safety protocols and ensure compliance with pertinent regulations.

Compose detailed maintenance reports and develop comprehensive budgets to support operational planning and resource allocation.

As a candidate, you must fulfill several essential criteria to be considered for this role. Proficiency in specific technical skills and tools is mandatory, along with a minimum number of years of relevant experience. Educational qualifications from accredited institutions are also required. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Experience with certain methodologies or frameworks may be necessary, and familiarity with industry standards is preferred. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment is crucial.

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in an engineering discipline or a related technical field is required.

A minimum of three years of professional experience in facility management or technical operations is required.

Exceptional proficiency in leadership coupled with adept problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in building systems and maintenance methodologies is required.
