Reverse Aesthetic Clinics is looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and courteous Office Assistant/Housekeeper to contribute to the smooth functioning of our clinic. This role demands maintaining a pristine and inviting atmosphere for both clients and team members, along with handling essential administrative and reception duties as needed.

This position is ideally suited for a female applicant who demonstrates professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to work within a client-centric setting.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Serve as a pivotal point of contact for cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving project execution. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Maintain adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements while upholding the highest ethical practices. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure reception areas, treatment rooms, offices, and common spaces are consistently clean and well-organized to uphold a professional and welcoming environment.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and an inviting appearance of clinic facilities at all times.

Support the organization and tracking of office and cleaning supplies in inventory.

Prepare beverages and light snacks for guests as needed.

Provide assistance with clerical duties, including archiving paperwork, managing filing systems, and performing routine office tasks as needed.

Greet clients courteously upon their arrival and promptly assist them with their needs.

Provide support for confirming appointments and addressing routine client inquiries.

Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and positive client experience.

Report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns without delay.

Execute additional duties as reasonably assigned by management to support operational objectives and team goals.

The ideal candidate must meet specific qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration. Additionally, they should possess at least three years of professional experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with excellent communication abilities, is also required.

A preference is expressed for female candidates to fulfill the operational and facility management responsibilities of the position.

A minimum of SSC, OND, or an equivalent qualification is required.

Relevant background in administrative support, janitorial services, front desk operations, or client relations is beneficial.

Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong aptitude for building rapport and fostering productive relationships in professional settings.

Maintaining a polished demeanor and projecting a professional demeanor are essential requirements for this role.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail in completing tasks autonomously.
