The Extension and Farmer Success Manager will spearhead Vetsark’s initiatives for farmer onboarding, extension support, farm monitoring, and performance evaluation.

This position ensures farmers attain robust production, profitability, repayment, and retention results. The Manager oversees extension officers and field agents, tracks farm data, organizes technical interventions, and provides continuous support to farmers across every production cycle.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties critical to the role’s success, including managing daily operations, leading project initiatives, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver measurable results while maintaining high levels of efficiency and accountability. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across all assigned functions. Monitor progress through regular assessments, adjust strategies as needed, and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the onboarding of new farmers and manage their portfolios efficiently. The role involves ensuring seamless integration of farmers into our system, maintaining accurate records of their progress, and providing ongoing support to enhance their productivity. Key responsibilities include coordinating onboarding processes, updating portfolio data, and addressing any challenges that may arise during the transition. The ideal candidate will have experience in agricultural operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Identify, evaluate, and profile prospective poultry and aquaculture farmers before facilitating their onboarding process.

Verify that farmer Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, farm evaluations, and baseline data collection are fully completed.

Monitor the entire lifecycle of each farmer, from initial deployment to production, harvest, and repayment stages, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation throughout.

We evaluate farmers for renewal, expansion, suspension, or removal to ensure alignment with program requirements.

Provide expert guidance and assistance for extension and technical inquiries, ensuring users receive accurate solutions and troubleshooting support. Address complex technical challenges with efficiency, diagnosing issues and delivering clear, actionable resolutions. Maintain detailed records of interactions, documenting resolutions and escalating unresolved cases to senior support staff when necessary. Stay current with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to enhance service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of preventive measures and training materials.

Design and execute comprehensive training and production-support initiatives tailored specifically for farmers.

Offer expert advice regarding feeding protocols, vaccination schedules, biosecurity measures, mortality management strategies, and overall farm operational procedures.
