The Extension and Farmer Success Manager will oversee Vetsark’s initiatives for farmer onboarding, extension services, farm monitoring, and performance evaluation. This role will involve leading the implementation and management of these critical activities to ensure their effective delivery.

This position is tasked with driving optimal production, financial success, profitability, repayment capacity, and long-term farmer retention. The Manager will oversee a team of extension officers and field agents, track and analyze farm performance metrics, orchestrate targeted technical interventions, and provide ongoing guidance to farmers at every stage of the production cycle.

Oversee and execute a broad range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Manage day-to-day operations with precision, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and performance benchmarks. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business growth. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and aligning objectives with broader corporate goals.

Proactively identify, evaluate, and profile poultry and aquaculture farmers to facilitate their seamless onboarding onto the platform.

Verify that farmer Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, farm evaluations, and baseline data collection are fully completed.

Monitor the progress of each farmer from the initial deployment of inputs through the stages of production, harvest, and loan repayment.

Recommend farmers for renewal, expansion, suspension, or removal based on performance, compliance, and operational viability.
