A highly proficient and meticulous Machine Operator is required to oversee, manage, and maintain production equipment, guaranteeing optimal manufacturing efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee the implementation and execution of core operational tasks, including strategic planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to align initiatives, allocate resources efficiently, and foster innovation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance productivity and engagement. Operate production machinery in strict adherence to established company protocols and stringent safety regulations.

Requirements
A recognized qualification equivalent to an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Trade Test certification, or similar credential is required.
Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating machinery within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing settings.
Possesses a solid foundation in mechanical systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently through systematic troubleshooting techniques.
Capable of functioning effectively across various shifts while maintaining high standards of independence and accountability.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to maintaining safety standards.
