This position is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Lagos, designated for an End User Support Engineer.

This position entails delivering daily troubleshooting, technical support, and customer service, along with specialized knowledge in operating systems.

Oversee and manage key operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor progress through established metrics, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Spearhead project planning, delegation, and execution to meet defined milestones and deliverables within stipulated timelines.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.

Relevant certifications, such as Compton A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional, are advantageous.

Possesses a background in the telecommunications industry, having contributed to projects or operations within the sector.
