The Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of inventory and warehouse operations, guarantees precise inventory record-keeping, upholds compliance with internal control policies, and leads the warehouse team with efficiency and expertise.

Inventory Management & Financial Data Integrity: Ensure precise tracking of stock levels and uphold the accuracy of financial records.
Responsible for managing inbound shipments, storage, order picking, packaging, outbound dispatch, and return processes in accordance with organizational policies and established internal control frameworks.
Enforce the FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methodologies, along with regular cycle counting, to maintain precise inventory valuation.

Oversee the preparation of Goods Received Notes (GRNs), address and report any discrepancies, and process inventory adjustments in accordance with the established approval hierarchy.
Maintain all required logs, including those for access, goods receipt, dispatch, maintenance, and cycle counts, to ensure comprehensive audit trail support.
Maintain accurate records of damaged, expired, and low-velocity inventory to support financial allocation.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
A recognized Nigerian or international university must award a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
Professional certification in supply chain management or inventory management is a mandatory requirement for this role. Acceptable certifications include, but are not limited to, those specifically tailored to supply chain operations or inventory control systems.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of progressive experience in warehouse or inventory management, including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial position within Nigeria.
Desirable candidates will possess prior experience within luxury retail or high-value goods warehouses, with a particular emphasis on cosmetics.
Experienced in overseeing inventory control, conducting cycle counts, and performing stock reconciliation procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mandatory requirement, encompassing skills such as pivot tables, Lookups, and inventory analysis.
Proficient in understanding and applying Nigerian regulatory frameworks governing warehousing operations, including compliance with directives from the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), standards set by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) for cosmetics and perfumes, and customs documentation protocols for high-end imported goods.
Proficient in Nigerian tax regulations governing inventory write-offs, value-added tax (VAT) on stock, and statutory audit obligations.
