Requirements
A Bachelor of Science degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or any closely related discipline is required, with professional memberships serving as a valuable asset.
A minimum of 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in an FMCG environment is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of Union Management and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) is essential.
Demonstrated capability to lead teams effectively is required.
A willingness to work in Abu Dhabi is essential.
