Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and seamless project execution. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, monitoring progress and adjusting tactics as necessary to drive performance. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve key deliverables within established timelines. Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards while maintaining high ethical and safety protocols. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and facilitating clear communication across departments.
Oversee the installation process for HT panels, LT panels, transformers, and motors, ensuring all components are correctly placed and operational.
Requirements
Interested applicants must hold an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and possess a minimum of four years of hands-on experience as a Site Electrical Engineer, specifically within Gas Engine Generators, Oil & Gas, and Steel industry environments.
Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for compiling and managing reports effectively.
