Job Summary
We are currently in search of proactive, dynamic, and performance-oriented Sales Canvassers to actively promote and market our products across Arbor and surrounding areas.
The successful applicant must demonstrate confidence, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to cultivate lasting customer relationships while contributing to sales growth.
Oversee and execute key duties associated with the role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, address challenges proactively, and maintain high levels of productivity. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, monitor progress against benchmarks, and report outcomes to leadership. Uphold compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practices while fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support to achieve collective and individual objectives.
Drive customer engagement and expand market reach by effectively promoting and marketing the company’s diverse product portfolio to target audiences through strategic campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Conduct visits to various retail establishments, markets, and commercial properties to facilitate and increase sales opportunities.
Prospect and pursue potential customers to advance leads through the sales pipeline.
Ensure the cultivation and preservation of positive customer interactions and engagements to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Ensure all assigned sales targets are met or exceeded consistently. Maintain a strong focus on driving revenue growth while adhering to established performance metrics. Regularly monitor progress through detailed tracking and reporting identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall productivity. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine approaches and maximize opportunities. Demonstrate a proactive attitude in resolving challenges and achieving desired outcomes.
Deliver daily performance evaluations and comprehensive sales reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate insights into team achievements and areas for improvement.
Contribute to the growth of the company’s customer portfolio by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) is required for this position.
Previous sales experience is beneficial, as it provides relevant insights and skills that can enhance performance in this role. Candidates with a proven track record in sales are strongly encouraged to apply, as their expertise may contribute to achieving our team’s objectives more effectively.
