Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will spearhead sales growth initiatives, market expansion efforts, and distributor performance enhancements across the designated territory. This position entails overseeing sales teams, cultivating distribution networks, fostering key customer partnerships, and guaranteeing the fulfillment of regional sales targets in alignment with Granite Hygiene Product’s strategic goals.

Oversee and execute the primary duties associated with the position, ensuring all operational and strategic objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor processes to enhance productivity, quality, and performance across assigned responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with organizational goals, fostering a cohesive and results-driven work environment. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, providing clear insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making. Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.

Formulate and execute comprehensive regional sales plans designed to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.

Expand market presence and increase product adoption and market share across every designated territory.

Conduct in-depth evaluations of market dynamics and competitive actions to uncover potential avenues for expansion and strategic advancement.

Work in coordination with the sales team to establish sales objectives and create strategic action plans.

Directly oversee, mentor, and guide Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.

Establish measurable performance benchmarks and facilitate monthly evaluations to assess progress and provide constructive feedback.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing team of sales representatives across the designated region.

To cultivate and oversee partnerships with distributors and key trade stakeholders, you will be responsible for appointing, managing, and strengthening these critical business relationships.

Deliver consistent product availability, enhanced visibility, and effective merchandising throughout the entire region.

Track distributor inventory levels, monitor outgoing sales, oversee receivables, and assess territory coverage to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

Conduct thorough research to uncover new business prospects, explore untapped markets, and assess potential regions for growth and expansion.

Cultivate and sustain high-value connections with essential regional clients.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service excellence.

Conduct ongoing surveillance of competitors’ actions, including their pricing strategies, promotional efforts, and broader market developments to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

Compile and deliver comprehensive sales reports and projections to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Assess opportunities for enhancement and propose appropriate solutions to address deficiencies.

Work closely with Digital Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or an equivalent discipline is required.

With a proven track record of 4 to 6 years in sales within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, including expertise in hygiene products such as diapers and sanitary pads, personal care, or related consumer goods, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in these areas.

Minimum of three years of experience in a sales leadership or management position is required.

Proven expertise in route-to-market strategies and distributor management is essential.

Demonstrates flexibility and readiness to undertake frequent travel within the designated geographic area as required by the role.

Possesses in-depth expertise in the Southeast Asian market landscape, encompassing critical distributors, traditional open markets, and contemporary trade channels.

Demonstrates advanced skills in utilizing Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create, analyze, and manipulate complex spreadsheets, perform data calculations, and generate insightful reports through pivot tables and charts.
