Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Hospital Administration Manager to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility.

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, the incumbent will manage team workflows, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to meet established deadlines. Collaborating with cross-functional departments, they will identify process improvements, implement strategic solutions, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics, generating reports, and presenting insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead teams while adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Organize and establish employee work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and adherence to operational requirements.

Maintain accurate and well-structured medical and employee records in accordance with established policies and regulatory standards. Ensure all documentation is current, easily accessible, and securely stored to support efficient administrative operations and compliance requirements.

Oversee the performance of administrative personnel to ensure adherence to established standards and operational efficiency. Evaluate workflow productivity, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness. Maintain accountability for staff while fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.

Conduct orientation sessions to acquaint new hires with company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in [specific industry or role].
