Job Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned and proficient Head of Technical/Power Distribution to spearhead our power distribution team. The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless distribution of power, uphold system reliability, and execute strategic technical initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
Requires at least seven years of hands-on experience in the power distribution field.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, along with a track record of driving results through strategic planning and execution.
Individuals must exhibit a robust understanding of power distribution systems and metering technologies, ensuring proficiency in the design, implementation, and maintenance of these critical infrastructure components.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and resolve challenges efficiently.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow efficiency and maintain high standards of quality. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and internal departments, to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and cost reduction while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Formulate and execute comprehensive technical strategies aimed at optimizing and managing power distribution systems.
Responsible for managing the ongoing operation and upkeep of power distribution systems.
Adhere to all applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Direct and oversee a group of skilled technical experts, guiding their efforts and ensuring optimal performance to achieve organizational objectives.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee a seamless and reliable power supply across all departments.
Prepare and oversee budgets dedicated to power distribution operations.
Analyze processes systematically to uncover areas where enhancements can be made, then develop and execute actionable strategies to drive continuous improvement across operations.
